John Edelman
John Edelman, a well known retired farmer of Palmer township and promine nt citizen of this county, died at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon at the ho me of his son, Andrew Edleman, Palmer township, from apoplexy, after an il lness of three years. For the past six months his condition gradually dec lined and his death was not unexpected. He was aged eighty-five year, s ix months and eleven days.

Deceased is survived by three sons and two daughters; Andrew C. and Dr. Sa muel Edelman, of Palmer township; John Henry Edelman, of Nora, Nebraska; M rs. Jacob W. Odenwelder, of Easton, and Mrs. Frank Reichelderfer, of Brook lyn.

One brother, Joseph Edelman, who lives in Palmer township, near the Founta in house, also survives. He will be eight-eight years of age on December 1 2.

Mr. Edelman was born on the same farm where he died. He had a kind and cha ritable disposition and was greatly respected by a wide circle of friends.
