Mrs. Racener was born in Forks township and was a daughter of the late Reu ben and Sarah Kotz. She was a faithful member of St. Peter's Lutheran chur ch. Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Floyd S. Racener and one daughter, Mrs. Nora B. Walter, wife of William Walter, of this city, a nd by two grandchildren. Kotz Racener, wife of Edward Rac ener, was held this afternoon at 2:30 at the family residence, 814 Port er Street, College Hill. The Rev. Warren L.
