Floyd H. Breidinger, 100, of 1307 Bangor Road, Plainfield Township, died F riday in Easton Hospital. He was the husband of the late Jennie E. (Stoffl et) Breidinger.

He and his wife owned and operated Breidinger's General Store in Edelma ns for 41 years.

Born in Plainfield Township, he was a son of the late Elmer E. and Alice ( Steinmetz) Breidinger.

He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Plainfield Township.

A member of the Plainfield Township Election Board for 50 years, he had vo ted in 20 presidential elections. He also served on the Plainfield Townsh ip Zoning Board for 20 years, and was a director of Citizens Bank of Wi nd Gap for 25 years.

A 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason, he was a member of Bangor Masonic Lod ge No. 565 for 72 years, and the Lehigh Consistory, Allentown. A memb er of the Blue Valley Garden Club for 33 years, he was a Hall of Fame winn er for his horticultural specimens. The garden club presented "A Tribu te to Floyd Breidinger 1893-1993" as its annual show last year.

Survivors: Daughter, Grace Humphrey, with whom he resided; son, Willi am of Homer, N.Y., and three grandchildren.
