In the name of God Amen: I A.B. see the preamble in the precedent.
First it is my will and I do order that all my past debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as cuncurrently can be after my decdased.

Item I give and bequeath unto my household furniture and kitchen utensials As she my wife may choos to keep for her use.

Item I give and bequeasth unto my said wife the use and occupation of my plantation until her death, then the said land and other property what is left shall be even given to my youngest daughter Mary Ann Frankenfield

Be it remembered that on the 12th day of April 1838 personally appeared before me W. M. Stephenston Regist for the probate of wills to with for said county R. E. Breiner andSamuel Atherholt Subinbing witnesses to the certain will, and being duly sworn according to law did dispose and say, that they were prese t and saw the testator John Frankenfield writen named sign his name to the writi wit and heard him declare the same to be his last will and taestament and at the time of his so doing he was of sound mind memory and undertanding biz to the best of their knowledge and Belife, and that they subscired the same as witneesses in the presence and at the request of the said testator. Sworned and Subscribed before me this 13th day of April 1938.
