H. B. Frankenfield, well-known Bethlehem resident and for the past eight y ears in the employ of the city street department, died on Saturday, ag ed 55 years, Born in Farmersville, August 29, 1878, he was a son of the la te Jacob and Jane Bower Frankenfield.
There survive the widow, Lillie Zeiner Frankenfield, and one son Pau l, at home: two daughters, Mrs. Robert Remaley, of Bethlehem, and Mrs. G uy Sterner, of Catasauqua, Two brothers, Arthur, of Flemington, and Willi am of Bethlehem, and two sisters, Mamie of Bethlehem, and Mrs. George Metz ger, of Second Avenue, Bethlehem, and one grandchild, also survive.

City Street Departure Worker Called by Death
Herbert B. Frankenfield, Was in his Fifty-Sixth Year
Herbert B. Frankenfield, well-known Bethlehem resident and for the past ei ght years in the employ of the city street department, died on Saturday ev ening at 5:30 o?clock at the late home, 14 East Garrison Street, aged 55 y ears, 11 months and 6 days.
Death was due to a complication of diseases and followed an illness of t wo years. Born in Farmersville, August 27, 1878, he was a son of the lat er Jacob and Jane Bower Frankenfield.
There survive to mourn his passing the widow, Lillie Zeiner Frankenfiel d, and one son, Paul at home; tow daughters, Mrs. Robert Remaley, of Bethl ehem and Mrs. Guy Sterner, of Catasauqua.
Two brothers, Arthur, of Flemington, and William of Bethlehem and two sist ers, Mamie, of Bethlehem, and Mrs. George Metzgar, of Second Avenue, Bethl ehem, and one grandchild survive.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at two o?clock with ser vices at the house. Interment will be made in the Altonah cemetery. |
