MRS. SLOYER DEAD

Mrs. Clara Sloyer, died this morning at 2:30 o'clock at the home of her so n, Jesse E. Sloyer, 422 Market.

Funeral services will be Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Roberts-B lue Funeral home. Rev. Claude G. Large, pastor of the First Christian chu rch, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Maplewood cemetery.

Mrs. SLOYER, formerly Clara Zimmerman, was born June 2, 1869, at Horton, t he daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C.Z. Zimmerman. She was married to J ohn Mark Sloyer on September 22, 1888, at Holton, Mr. Sloyer died May 3 0, 1925. Mrs. Sloyer was a member of the Royal Neighbors lodge.
Surviving are her son, Jess E. Sloyer, 422 Market; four daughters, Mrs. Ve ra Hill, Grand Island, Neb.; Mrs. Elsie Romesburg and Mrs. Eva Black, Midi an; and Mrs. Meta Sims, Emporia; a sister, Mrs. Leda Archer, Hiawatha; a b rother, C.C. Zimmerman, El Dorado; and two granddaughters, four grandso ns and one great grandchild.
