Funeral of Mrs. W. D. Sloyer
Funeral services for Mrs. W. D. Sloyer, who died Wednesdaymorning, were he ld yesterday afternoon. Short servces were held at the Grace Methodist Chu rch, conducted by Rev. J.C. Brogan, at 1 o'clock. Teh body was then tak en to Rosean, wehre servcies wereheld. Intermetn was made in Rosean cemter y.

mr.s Sloyer's maiden name was Maude Killion. She was born August 1, 188 6, near Fort Scott, and was married March 1, 1905 to W. D. Sloyer.

Mrs. Sloyer is survived by Mrs.Slyer and two children, Velma and Willar d. Her father, James H. Killion, and one brother, James Killion, of Devo n; and seven sisters, Mrs. Calvin Godman, and Mrs. Joe Godman, of Manzauol a, Colo.; Mrs. Charles Smith, of Harington, and Misses Hazel, Verna, Alm a, and Bernice Killion. of Devon also survive.

Mrs. sloyer was a member of the Grace Methodist Church.
