Mrs. Helen M. Stoneback, 88, of Erie Road, Quakertown, died Saturday in t he Zohlman Nursing Home, Richlandtown. She was the widow of Fred Q. Stoneb ack.

Born in Richland Township, Bucks County, she was a daughter of the late Wi lliam G. and Annie (Weirbach) Hager.

Surviving are two sons, Richard and Robert, both of Quakertown; a sister L ouise, wife of James Fretz of El Paso, Texas; three grandchildren and thr ee great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Jeffrey A. Naugle Funer al Home, 20 N. Ambler St., Quakertown. A calling hour will precede the ser vices.
