ALMA MILLER, 84, RETIRED BUCKS TEACHER
The Morning Call
Alma Miller, 84, of 123 S. 3rd St., Perkasie, died Sunday in Quakertown Co mmunity Hospital. She was the widow of Lloyd Miller. A teacher for 48 year s, she taught in a one-room building in East Rockhill Township, Bucks Coun ty, and later at Bedminster Elementary School, Bedminster Township. She re tired in 1972. Born in East Rockhill Township, she was a daughter of the l ate Douglas N. and Annie L. (Frankenfield) Sterner. She was a member of S t. Peter's (Tohickon) United Church of Christ, Weisel, Bucks County. Survi vors: Daughter, Marie Jefferson of Perkasie; brothers, Granville of Bedmin ster and Ralphus of Perkasie; three grandchildren and seven great- grandch ildren.
