Harry Frankenfield
Harry Frankenfield, 82,814 Columbia Ave., Lansdale, died in the North Penn Hospital, Lansdale, according to word received here.
He was a retired merchant and former general store owner, and was a s on of the late Abel and Mary C. (Hager) Frankenfield. A native of Heaco ck Run, Bucks County, he attended schools in the his home town and studi ed at Keystone State Normal School, now Kutztown State College. For a ti me he operated a general store in Heacock run, and later one in Hatfiel d. In 1920 he opended a shoe store in Landsale and retired in 1955.
Surviving are his widow, Elsie (Fox); two daughters, Ethel, wife of Harold M. Stover, Mount Penn, and Harriet, wife of Joseph G. Plank, Reading, a nd five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday in the Shelly Funeral HOme, Landsal e. Burial will be made in Whitemarsch Memorial park, Whitemarsh. |
