He was admitted to the hospital for sur gical treatment on March 28. Mr. Johnson is a son of O. James and Marie F, nee. Hartman, Johnson, and w as born in Haycock township, Bucks County. There survived his widow, Anni e, nee Frankenfield, and three children: Mrs. Elsie Fox, Ruth and James, a ll of Quakertown; three grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Isaac Ruth and Mr s. S S Detweiler, both of Quakertown, and four brothers, Elmer and Stove r, Tohickon; Freeman, Ottsville, and Warren, Perkasie. Mr. Johnson signed a contract several months ago to deliver the mail fr om Quakertown to the Pleasant Valley Post Office and was to have entered u pon his new duties in July. The funeral be held on Thursday, the birthday anniversary of Mr. Johnso n, at 2:00 PM. Short services at his late home will follow by continued s ervice in callers? church with interment in the adjoining cemetery. The R ev. N. Y. Ritter, pastor of Trinity Lutheran church, Perkasie, former past or of Keller?s church, will officiate. The body may be veiwed at the John sons home on Wednesday evening between 8 and 9 o?clock. | ||
