Mrs. John Hottle
Mrs. John Hottle, of Passer, died very suddenly last Sunday at 7 o?clo ck at her home east of the creamery. She was ill with apoplexy with whi ch she was stricken about two weeks ago. She had recovered and was apparen tly well till Sunday evening when she took suddenly ill and was de ad by 7 o?clock. She will be buried on Thursday at the Springfield Churc h. Rev. Faust will officiate. She leaves her husband, One son and four dau ghters to mourn her departure.

Mrs. John Hottle, of Passer, Bucks county, died on Monday. She was born J une 9, 1850, in Sleifer Valley, daughter of Jacob and Matilda (Frankenfiel d) Mease. She was married in 1878 to John Hottle, a farmer of above Sprin gtown. They had been living at Passer for the last 9 years. The survivo rs are Mr. Hottle, the following children: Fred Hottle, 309 North Cent re street, Bethlehem; Henry Hottle, 146 East Garrison street, Bethlehem; C linton Hottle, at home; Miss Lillie M. Hottle, 1465 Garrison street, Bethl ehem; Miss Tillie A. Hottle, Miss Cora I. Hottle, Miss Mabel Hottle, and M iss Hannah Hottle, at home; four grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Allie Sch rantz, Leithsville; six brothers, Charles Mease, Allen Mease, Sleifer's Va lley; Milton Mease, near Springtown; Jacob Mease, Springtown; Henry Meas e, near Passer, and Harvey Mease, near Hecktown. The funeral will be he ld on Thursday morning with a service in the Springfield Church and interm ent in the cemetery adjoining. |
