O. Roy Frankenfield, 60, Lutheran churchman and one of the organizers of F able and Co., sheet metal firm at 510 N. 3rd St., Philadelphia, died Tuesd ay in Lankenau hospital. Mr. Frankenfield, who lived at 4911 N. 12th St ., Philadelphia, was born in Dublin, Bucks county, and worked for 17 yea rs as a salesman for the Gummery McFarland Co. He was secretary of the Un ited Lutheran church and a trustee of Trinity Lutheran church in Germantow n. He was a member of the Metal club of Philadelphia and the Philadelph ia Brass and Copper Assn. and a Mason. Surviving are his wife, Eleanor; t wo daughters, Mrs. G. Ellwood Dieter and Edith Frankenfield, and a son, Ch ief Warrant Officer O. Roy Frankenfield, who is overseas. Funeral servic es will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Kirk and Nice parlors, 6301 German town Ave., Philadelphia.

O. Roy Frankenfield, of 4911 N. 12th St., assocaited with teh sheet metal business here for the last forty eyars, died yesterday in Lankenau Hospita after a brief illness. he was 6o.

Mr. Frankenfield was vice president of Fable & Co., distributors of sheet metal , and amember of the Metal Club, the Philadelhpia Brass and copper Association, Masonic Lodge 432, and secretary of the United Lutheran Church Brotherhood. for many years he was analective delegate representing his Synod at the United Lutehran Chruch, Germantown.

Mr. Frankenfield is survied by his wife, Eleanor; a son, Cheif Warrant Officer O. Roy Frnakenfoeld. Jr.. now overseas, and two daughters, mrs. G. Ellwood Dieter and Edith Franeknfield. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. from 6301 Germantown Ave.
