Mrs. Sarah Sigafoos
Mrs. Sarah Sigafoos, widow of the late Simon Sigafoos, died at 4:30 this m orning of a complication of ailments, following a lingering illness, at h er home, 1844 Freemansburg, at 9:30 a.m. from her late home with servic es and burial at St. Paul?s Avenue, in Palmer Township, a short distan ce beyond the Forest House,. She was 71 years old. The deceased former ly resided at Upper Black?s Eddy. She had moved to this locality ten yea rs ago. Three children survive her. They are Miss Bessie Sigafoos, Mi ss Nellie Sigafoos and Clinton Sigafoos, who resided with their mother. S everal sisters and brothers also survive the deceased. They are Mrs. Will iam Steiner, fo Forest Grove, Bucks county, Mrs. Jeheil Sigafoos, David Fr ankenfield and Samuel Frankenfield and Mrs. Sanford Pursel, of Upper Black ?s Eddy, and Albert Frankenfield, of Bordentown, N.J. Mrs. Sigafoos w as a member of Christian Church at Milford.

Mrs. Sarah Sigafoos, aged seventy-one years, widow of the late Simon Sigaf oos, died at 4:30 o?clock this morning at her home, 1944 Freemansburg aven ue, Palmer Township, after a long illness. The deceased formerly resid ed at Upper Black Eddy and came to Easton ten years ago, she is surviv ed by three children -- Bessie, Nellie and Clinton Sigafoos, at home; al so by these brothers and sisters: Mrs. William Steiner, of Forest Grove, B ucks County,: Mrs. Joheil Sigafoos, and David Frankenfield, of Phillipsbur g; Samuel Frankenfield, Frances Frankenfield, Mr. Sanford Pursel, of Upp er Black Eddy, and Albert Frankenfield, of Bordentown, N.J. she was a memb er of the Milford Christian church. |
