Rehearing of the Frankenfield insane Case
A rehearing of the James Frakenfield insanity case was held in the probate court this morning. Two months ago Frankenfield as adjudge insane andpalce in the Grandview Sanitarium. Two weeks later he was discharged fromt eh sanitarium andplced under the care of a guardian as he was not yet in condition to mange his affairs.

Prior to his being adjudge insamne his wife Ollie Franenfield had begun proceeding for divorce and alimony. As a case for alimony against an insane person has no standing in court, the rehearing today was secrued at the instance of Mrs. Frankenfield with a view to having her hsuband declared compas mentis in order that the suit for alimony might be prosecuted.

The finding of the court to day was that Frankenfield's mental condition was such that the guardianship should be continued.
