Mrs. Belva Phillips
Allentown Woman, 54, Was Born in Stroudsburg
Ailing only since last Friday, Mrs. Belva Phillips died at 9:30 last nig ht at home, 506 N. Nagle St., Allentown, Aged 54 years.

Mrs. Phillips was born in Stroudsburg, a daughter of the late Eastburn a nd Harriet Seiple. She was of the Reformed faith.

Her husband, Charles c. Phillips, preceded her in death four years ago.

Surviving are five children, Elsie, Catherine, both at home; Calvin, har ry and Wendell, all of Allentown; two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Els ie Tapking of Baltimore, and Mrs. Ellen Hudson of Millsbororo, Del., and H erbert Seiple, Allentown.

Funeral arrangements will be completed today
