Beulah L. Bray, 100, of Oreland, Montgomery County, died Saturday, April 2 2, in the Henry Health Care Center of the Lutheran Home at Topton. She w as the wife of the late Alfred L. Bray.
She was a school teacher in Easton before retiring. Previously, she taug ht in a one-room schoolhouse in Springfield Township, Bucks County, and wo rked for a local telephone company in Springtown.
Born in Springtown, she was a daughter of the late Stokes E. and Minn ie L. (Hess) Hess.
She was a member of Carmel Presbyterian Church, Glenside, Montgomery Coun ty and its ladies fellowship. She also attended St. John's Lutheran Churc h, Emmaus.
Survivors: Daughters, Ruth M. Durfee of Wells, Maine, and Mimi, wife of t he Rev. Fred S. Foerster of Emmaus, four grandchildren and 12 great-grandc hildren.
Memorial services: 11 a.m. Thursday in Carmel Presbyterian Church. Call 10 -11 a.m. Thursday in church. Arrangements, Bachman, Kulick & Reinsmith Fun eral Home, Emmaus.
Contributions: Carmel Presbyterian Church, 100 Edgehill Road, Glensid e, or the Lutheran Home at Topton.
