Mrs. James M. Buss
Mrs. Mary J. Buss, wife of James M. Buss, died at 5:50 o?clock last eveni ng at her home, 712 Pearl street, in the 56 year of her age. The three ye ars past Mrs. Lewis had been ill with diabetes, that death was hasten ed by a fall she suffered on November 20 last and she fractured her rig ht arm.
Deceased was a native of Cherryville, this county, the daughter of the la te Mr. And Mrs. Thomas Royer, and resided in Easton during the past 35 yea rs. Besides her husband she is survived by four children, Mrs. Raymond Pu rdy, William T Buss, Miss Lillian R Buss and Miss Ann Buss, all of Easto n, and three brothers and five sisters, Rev. George W. .Royer, of Palmerto n; Edward J. .Royer, of Northampton; Thomas S. Royer, of cherryville, a nd Mrs. Rosa Hunt, of Slatington, Mrs. Emma Rode, of Siegfried, Mrs. Willi am J. Eisenhower, Philadelphia and Mrs. George Stettler and Mrs. Mabel Roy er, both of Northampton. Mrs. Buss was a member of the Lutheran denominat ion.
