Lewis J. Walter
After an illness of six months, Lewis J. Walter, a painter, died at 6 o'cl ock Saturday evening from consumption, at his home, No. 233 North Ninth St reet, this city. He was twenty-eight years of age and was a son of the late Josiah and Mary Walter, his wife, who was formerly Miss Cora Miller, Mo nroe county, survives him together with the following brothers, and sisters , James A. Walter and John A. Walter, of Easton; Mrs. Jacob Krantz, of Palmer Township, and Mrs. Fred C. Grawitz, of Easton, Deceased was a memb er of Trinity Evangelical church, Star Council, Royal Arcanum; Vanderve er Lodge, O.O. F., and Camp 407, P. O. S. of A.
