Stocker, 68, a life-long resident of Bangor, died early this mor ning at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James Stocke r, 650 South High Street, Bangor. He was a son of the late Abram and Eliza beth Dreher Stocker, and was a painter and paper-hanger by occupatio n. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church; and Second Wa rd Fire Company, Bangor. Survivors are four children; Russell Stocker, Easton, James, of Bangor, wi th whom he resided; Mrs. Ralph Horn, Bangor R. D. 2; Walter Jr., U. S. Nav y, Burrwood, La.; seven grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Roy Labar, of Ban gor. Easton Express, Friday, November 17, 1944, Page 32 Rites for W. S. Stocker Funeral services for Walter S. Stocker, of Bangor, who died yesterday wi ll be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. from the Hough funeral home, 50 Broadway, B angor, with the Rev. J. Frederick Stolte, Ph. D., of Trinity Lutheran Chur ch, Bangor, officiating. Interment will be in St. John?s cemetery, Bangor. | ||
