Mrs. Walter Stocker
Mrs. Sarah J. Stocker, wife of Walter Stocker, of 113 Miller Street, Bango r, died at 9:35 last evening in the Easton Hospital, of obstruction of t he bowels. She had been ill for two weeks and was admitted to the hospit al on November 2 for surgical treatment. She was 50 years of age.

Mrs. Stocker was a native of Bushkill Township and had resided in Bangor f or the past 40 years. She is survived by her husband, Russell Stocke r, of Newcastle, pa., and James and Walter Stocker, Jr., of Bangor, and o ne daughter, Mrs. Ralph Horn, of Stone church; also by five grandchildr en and the following brothers and sisters: Wilson Steinmetz, Pen Argyl; Ed ward and Howard Steinmetz, Bangor; Mrs. Elmer Breidinger, Edelman's and Mr s. W. S. Smith, Bangor.

Deceased was a member of Trinity Lutheran church, Bangor and also of the W onder Workers' Circle, of that church. The funeral will be held on Saturd ay at 1:30 p.m. at her late home, with services conducted by Rev. J. Frede rick Stolte, pastor of Trinity church. Interment in St. John's Reformed ce metery, Bangor.

Funeral
The funeral of Mrs. Walter Stocker was held this afternoon with the servic es from her late home, 113 Miller Street Rev. J. F. Stolte, pastor of t he Trinity Lutheran church, officiated. Interment was made in the family p lot in St. John's Reformed cemetery. The floral designs were most beautif ul and many. The following acted as pallbearers: Clarence Steinmetz, Char les Steinmetz, Lester Steinmetz, Robert Smith, Warren Smith and Floyd Brei dinger.
