Dr. Calvin A. Sweitzer
Dr. Calvin A. sweitzer, a former borough treasurer, of South Bethlehem, a nd well known dientist, died Tuesday evening at his late home, the residen ce of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Blank, at Bethlehem. Born April 15, 162 in Hanov er township, a son of the late Joseph and Camilla Illick Sweitzer, he w as in the 63rd year of his age. He was educated in the local schools, Lehi gh University and Drexel Institute. For a few years he conducted a busine ss college on Main Street. He also taught school for some time. Givi ng up these pursuits he entered Medico-Chi and graduated from a cour se in dentistry and for some time was engaged as a dentist in Bethlehe m. He was affiliated with the Fraternal Patriotic Americans. Lappawinzoe T ribe, I. O. R. M, Bethlehem Lodge, F. and A. M., Allen Commandery, Knigh ts Templar, Allentown and Rajah Temple, rEading. He leaves three cousin s, Joseph Illick, Mrs. R. M. Carew and Mrs. Florence Keim, al of Bethlehem .
