George Rabenold; former councilman
George W. Rabenold, 73, of 139 Prospect St., Catasauqua, died Monday in his home.
He was the husband of Verna A. (Heffelfinger) Rabenold.
Rabenold was a former borough councilman in Catasauqua.
He was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schoenersville.
Surviving besides his widow are a son, Ernest L. of Catasauqua, three sisters, Sylvia, wife of John Spaiths, of Danielsville, Gold, wife of Lester Herman of Danielsville, and Una, wife of George Herman of Catasauqua, and three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Diefenderfer Funeral Home, 1064 Firth St., North Catasauqua. Calling hours will be 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday. |
