Bernard L. Uhler, 82, of Nazareth, died May 5, 2004, in the VNA Hospice at St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill. He and his wife Virginia (Gradwohl) were married for 34 years last June 2. He was a supervisor for the former Industrial Engraving, Easton, for 30 years before retiring in 1983. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the European theater. He was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, Nazareth, and a life member of American Legion Post 415 and VFW Post 4366, both of Nazareth. He was a former member of the Antique Car Association. He was an avid baseball fan, race car fan, bowler and golfer. Born in Lower Nazareth Township, he was a son of the late Howard and Emma (Serfass) Uhler.
Survivors: Wife; daughters, ****, wife of **** of Jamison, ****, wife of ***** of Lower Nazareth Township, ***** of Bethlehem Township; son, *****, and his wife ***** of Lower Nazareth Township; brother, Carl Uhler of Nazareth; grandchildren, great-grandsons, nieces, nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Raymond and Robert Uhler.
Services: memorial, 11 a.m. today in the church. Arrangements, Reichel Funeral Home, Nazareth.
