Mrs. Thomas Granda
Anna, wife of Thomas Granda, died Saturday afternoon at her home, 121 Ea st High Street, Nazareth, from complication of ailments. She observed h er fifty-third birthday anniversary nine days prior to her death.

Mrs. Granda, was a native of Bushkill Township, Northampton County, but w as a resident of Nazareth for the past twenty-five years. She was a daught er of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gideon Hawk.

She was a member of Zion Evangelical church, Nazareth, and of the Sunday s chool and Ladies Aid Society of that church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth and Els ie and a son Francis, at home; her aged mother-in-law, Mrs. Granda; two si sters, Mrs. Hannah Casler, of this city, and Mrs. Tillie Frankenfiel d, of Bethlehem, and five brothers, Philip Hawk, of Bethlehem; George Haw k, of Bangor; Robert Hawk, of Pen Argyl, and James Haw of, of lower Nazare th.

The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon with brief services at her ho me at 2 o?clock and further services in Zion Evangelical church, Nazaret h, at 2:30 o?clock. Rev. W. A. Harris officiating. Interment will be in t he Zion Evangelical Cemetery, Upper Nazareth.
