Heckman Services
Services for Mrs. Eva M. Heckman, 84, of 224 W. Center St., Nazareth, wi ll be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Bartholomew Funeral Home, 211 E. Center S t., Nazareth. Viewing will be from 709 p.m. tomorrow.

Mrs. Heckman, who died Friday, was born in Upper Nazareth Township. She w as a daughter of the late Emmanuel C. and Lucy (Haupt) Drach. She was t he widow of Fred D. Heckman.

She was a member of the St. John?s Lutheran Church, Nazareth. For ov er 50 years she had been an American Red Cross representative for the Naza reth Chapter.

Mrs. Eva M. Heckman, 84, of 224 W. Center St., Nazareth, was stricken fata lly Saturday while raking leaves at her home.

Mrs. Heckman was an American Red Cross representative for the Nazareth cha pter more than 50 years.

Born July 27, 1884, in Upper Nazareth Township, she was a daughter of t he late Emanuel C. and Lucy Haupt Drach. Her husband, Fred D. Heckman, di ed in February 1947.

She was graduated from Nazareth High School and South Bethlehem Business C ollege.

Mrs. Heckman was a member of St. John?s Lutheran Church, Nazareth, and i ts LCW and Missionary societies; Nazareth chapter, Order of Eastern Sta r; Senior Citizens Club, Nazareth; Good Shepherd Auxiliary, Allentown; t he Auxiliary of Lutheran Theological Seminary, Philadelphia; the Auxilia ry of Muhlenberg Medical Center and the and Nazareth Fire Co. and Siste rs Union of Schoeneck Moravian Church. She was a director of the Nazare th Red Cross Chapter.

Her nearest relatives are two nieces and two nephews.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednsday at the Bartholomew Funeral Hom e, Nazareth.

Mrs. Frederick Heckman
The funeral of Mrs. Eva Heckman, 224 W. Center St., Nazareth, widow of Fre derick D. Heckman, was held yesterday afternoon at the Bartholomew Funer al Home, Nazareth. Mrs. Heckman died Saturday at her home.

The Rev. Alfred Long of St. John?s Lutheran Church officiated. Interment w as in Greenwood Cemetery, Pallbearers were Bruce, David, Keith and Craig R eimer
