Mrs. Reimer, 69, Active in Civic Life of Nazareth
Mrs. Elva M. Reimer, 69, Nazareth resident who was prominent in the wo rk of religious and service organizations, died last night at 11:40 o'clo ck at her home, 157 S. Broad St.

Mrs. Reimer was the wife of Herbert Reimer, operator of the Nazareth Ne ws Agency. She had been in failing health for the last year.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Nazareth, and the Ladies A id Society, Sunday school and Women's Missionary Society of the church.

Mrs. Reimer also was a member of the women's auxiliaries of the Lutheran T heological Seminary at Mount Airy, and the Good Shepherd Home, Allentown.

She was a chapter member of Nazareth Chapter 252, Order of Eastern Star, a nd a member of the auxiliary of Nazareth YMCA.

Born in Upper Nazareth Township, she was a daughter of the late Emmanuel a nd Lucy Ann Haupt Drach. She lived in Nazareth most of her life.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are three sons, Stanley E., Elv in E. and Frederick A., and a daughter, Miss Eva M. Reimer, All of Nazaret h; a sister, Mrs. Eva M. Heckman, of Nazareth, and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the Knecht Funeral Ho me, Nazareth. The Rev. H. C. Snyder, D. D., pastor of St. John's Church, w ill officiate. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth.

Rites for Mrs. Reimer
Services were held yesterday afternoon in the Knecht Funeral Home, Nazaret h, for Mrs. Elva. M. Reimer, 69, who died Wednesday night at her home at 1 57 S. Broad St., Nazareth.

Mrs. Reimer, wife of Herbert Reimer, had been active in Nazareth religio us and service organizations.

The Rev. H. C. Snyder, D. D., pastor of St., John's Lutheran Church, Nazar eth, officiated, and interment was in Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth. Pallbe arers were Frank Drach, Walter Bender, Eugene Rice, Eugene Reimer, Paul Re imer and Lester Hartman.
