Archie E. Kichline, Ingersoll Foreman
Archie Elwood Kichline, 65, of 1017 Center St., Easton, employed by the In gersoll-Rand Co., Phillipsburg, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 1: 30 p.m. Saturday at his home.
Born in Glendon onMay 20, 1889, a son of the late Charles and Emma Brtozm an Kichline, he had lived in Easton all his life. He was a foreman of d ie sinkers at the Phillipsburg plant where he was employed for over 40 yea rs.
Mr. Kichline was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed Churc h, the Citizen's Hose Co., and the Fleas Club, all of Easton.
Surviving are his widow, the former Sarah Young; four sons, Norman, at hom e; John, serving with the U.S. Navy in Philadelphia; Morris, serving wi th the U.S. Army in Brussels, Belgium, and Charles William Kichline, of Wi lliams Township; a stepson, John Adams, of Palmer Township; on brother, Wi lliam, of Easton, and six grandchildren. |
