Ahlum, died at her home, Quakertow n, R. 3, Friday night at the age of 52 years. She was born July 27, 1891, in Haycock township, Bucks County, the daught er of John H. and Caroline (Knechel) Landis. She is survived by her husband and the following children; Mrs. Claren ce S. Kooker, John L. Ahlum, Daniel J. Ahlum, and James F. Ahlum of Quaker town R. 3, Corporal Merritt E. Ahlum with the Armed Forces at Aberdeen, Md ., and Aaron W. Ahleum, serving oversears; two grandchildren and two siste rs, Mrs. H. Raymond ahlum of Quakertown, and Mrs. Merritt S. Kreidler of B ethlehem. Mrs. Ahlum was a member of the Flatland Mennonite church. Funeral servic es will be conducted at the Treffinger Funeral Home, Quakertown, Wednesda y, t 2 p.m. with Rev. A. J. Neuenschwander, pastor of the Flatland Mennoni te church, officiating. Burial will be made in the Quakertown Union Cemete ry. | ||
