Paul Frankenfield, Hellertown Zoner
Paul M. Frankenfield, 74, died Thursday morning in his home at 1325 East on Road, Hellertown.

He was the husband of the former Lucy D. Beer.

A member of the Hellertown Zoning Board, Frankenfield was a former memb er of the planning and park and shade tree commission.

Before retiring he had been Bethlehem agent for the former Reading Co. f or more than 45 years.

Elected a director of the Saucon Valley Building & Loan Association in Nov ember 1945, he was vice president and treasurer until May 1, 1971, wh en it was merged with the Keystone Savings & Loan Association, Bethlehe m. He was on Keystone?s advisory board until 1973.

Born in Passer, he was a son of the late Henry B. and Emma (Meyers) Franke nfield.

A former Trustee and councilman of Springfield Trinity Lutheran Church, Pl easant Valley, Frankenfield was 50-year member of Saucon Lodge 469, F&A M, Coopersburg.

He graduated from the former Bethlehem Business College, and served with t he Army Signal Corps during World War II.

Surviving with his widow are five brothers, Warren and Daniel, both of Coo persburg R.1, Willis of Quakertown, Henry of Audubon, N.J., and alter of B artlesville, Okla., and four sisters, Mrs. Florence Fels of Allentown, Mr s. Alice Swartz of Easton, Della of Quakertown and Mrs. Mary Green of We st Chester.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m Monday in the church. Calling hours wi ll be 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the C. W. Templeton Funeral Home, 326 Main St., H ellertown.
