Allen E. Hess
Allen E. Hess, of 233 East Garrison Street, Bethlehem, died yesterday in S t. Luke?s Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was born in Bucks County near Spring town, and was a son of the late Francis and Eva Brinker Hess.

Mr. Hess was employed as a machinist in the locomotive repair shop of Beth lehem Steel Co. for 59 years until retiring 10 years ago. He was a memb er of Christ Evangelical Reformed Church and keystone Lodge No, 78, I.O. O. F., Bethlehem.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lizzie Remaly Hess, and a daughter, Mr s. James Golloway, of Bethlehem.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Daniel B. Snyder F uneral Home, Bethlehem, with the Rev. A. Augustus Welsch officiating. Inte rment will be in Nisky Hill Cemetery.
