Mrs. Annwillia Amey
Mrs. Annwilla Amey, wife of Abraham Amey died yesterday morning at 6 o?clo ck at her home on Madison street between Chew and Gordon after an illne ss of only a few hours. Mrs. Amey attended the united evangelical campmee ting at Catasauqua one Sunday and came home feeling as well as usua l. At the 11:00 PM however she was taken sick. She vomited frequently a nd shortly before 6:00 yesterday morning she was stricken with apoplexy a nd died before a Physician could be summoned. Deceased was 61 years of ag e. She was born in Lower Macungie and resided in Allentown for the pa st 18 years.

Her maiden name was Stephens. She is survived by her husband and the foll owing children: Llewellyn Amey, of Chicago, and Ellsworth, Elmer A, Ella C ., Alice A, and Sylvia A. Amey, of this city. She leaves two brothers, Ma tthias Stephens, of Naperville Illinois, and A. Monroe Stevens, and a sist er, Mrs. Thomas Hartranft, of this city. She was a member of Trinity unit ed evangelical church.

The funeral will take place on Friday afternoon, Rev. D A Medlar officiati ng.
