He was an industrial analyst for the former Bethlehem Steel Co. for 34 yea rs before retiring in 1983. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War, and a memb er of the American Legion, Hellertown. Survivors: Daughters, Christine Baran of Bethlehem, Debra A. Renner of Doy lestown; sister, Loretta Browning of Allentown; four grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehe m.
