Allen O. Frankenfield
Allen O. Frankenfield, a veteran of the Civil War, died yesterday, at t he home of his nephew, Ira Frankenfield, in Allentown, of a complicati on of ailments, aged 87 years. Deceased was born in Williams Township, th is county, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Frankefield, and locat ed in Allentown in 1856. He was a shoemaker by trade. He served in the C ivil War in Co. H. 200th PA Volunteers. He is survived by the following c hildren: H. D. Frankenfield, of Allentown; Mrs. Sarah Hillegas, of Cheste r; Allen O. Frankenfield, Jr, in the south; Mrs. Ellen B. Ott, Mrs. Lill ie Bechtel, Mrs. Lizze Youse, Robert E. L. Frankenfield, Mrs. Minnie D. Gu th, Mrs Florence Krick, Mrs. Gertie Seiple, Mrs. Charles Lynn, all of Alle ntown, and Richard Frankenfield, now at Camp Johnson, Fla.
