Richard C. Frankenfield
Richard C. Frankenfield, 54, of Allentown, a World War Veteran and a well known trap drummer, died yesterday of heart trouble in Allentown hospit al after an illness of two days. He played with the Pioneer and Allento wn bands and at the time of his death was a member of the 213th Regiment B and, N. G. P.. Allentown. He also played with theatre orchestras in Allen town, Bethlehem and Easton. In the World War he was a member of the 28 th Division Band and was stationed at Jacksonville, Florida.
Born in Allentown a son of the late Allen and Ellen Hufford Frankenfiel d, he lived there all his life.
Besides his widow, he is surived by two daughters, Pearl and Mildred, and two grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Charles Lynn, Mrs. Lillian Betcht el, Mrs. Minnie Guth and Mrs Lizzie Youse, and two brothers, Harvey and Ro bert Frankenfied, all of Allentown. |
