Russell P. Gruver
Russell P. Gruver, 60, husband of the former Elsie A. Flemish, died yesterday in his home, 1818 Washington St., Allentown.
A native of Rittersville, he was a son of Mrs. Ellen e. (Krasley) Gruver of Allentown and the late Charles H. Gruver.
Gruver was a supervisor for Maier’s Bakery, Allentown.
He was a member of Dubbs Memorial United Church of Christ, Allentown.
Surviving with his widow and mother are two daughters, Loretta C. E., wife of Ray DeLabar of Emmaus and Shirley Al, wife of Robert Knappenberger, of Newark, Del.; five grandchildren, a brother, Thomas J. of Allentown and five sisters, Catherine, wife of Carl Szmodis, of Hellertown, Mabel, wife of Charles Wagner, Hattie, wife of Rudolph Brunner, Edna, wife of Eugene Brokloff and Mrs. Madeline Schmaidienst, all of Allentown.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Trexler Funeral Home 1624 Highland St., Allentown. Viewing will be 7-8:30 p.m. Tomorrow
