Marvin R. Simons
Marvin R. Simons, 74, of 1816 W. Broad St., Bethlehem, died Tuesday in h is home.
He was a machinist in the No. 8 machine shop of Bethlehem Steel Corp f or 38 years, retiring in 1968.
Born in Lower Nazareth Township, he was a son of the late Howard P. and Sa rah Houser Simons.
Mrs. Simons was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Wind Gap.
Surviving are his wife, the former Prudence apple; a son, Merrill of Bethl ehem; a twin brothers, Norman of Wind Gap, and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Snyder-Hinkle Funeral Hom e, Bethlehem. Interment will be in Wind Gap Cemetery. |
