Mrs. Emma Hendershot
Mrs. Emma P. Shannon Hendershot, 73 years old, widow of Alfred Hendershot, of 70 West Elizabeth Avenue, Bethlehem, died on Tuesday night at her home. She was born in Plainfield Township, July 18, 1870, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Frey Shannon.
Surviving are a daughter, Minnie P. Hendershot, a teacher in the Jefferson School, Bethlehem; a brother, Joseph W. Shannon, Bronxville, N.Y. and two sisters, Miss Daisy Shannon and Mrs. F. Erwin Ackerman, both of Pen Argyl.
Funeral Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at her late home. Entombment at Memorial Park Mausoleum. |
