D. V. Stocker Operator of Dairy
David V. Stocker, Sr., 79, of Bushkill Drive, Forks Township, died early today at Easton Hospital.
He owned an operated Stocker Diary since 1916, retiring 10 years ago.
Mr. stocker was born in Fredenstahl, pa., on Dec. 15, 1895, the son of the late Charles and Olivia Uhler Stocker.
He was a member of the Schoeneck Moravian Church, Nazareth, and the Knights of Malta.
He served overseas in 1918-19 during World War I with the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his widow, the former Helen L. Santee; six sons, five daughters, two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Beitel and Mrs. Emma Field, both of Easton; 21 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Shillinger Funeral Home, 8901 Lehigh St., Easton. interment will be at Northampton Memorial Shrine. |
