Mrs. Minnie O. Beitel, 77, of 3401 Bushkill Drive, Forks Township, died Friday in Easton Hospital. She was the wife of William S. Beitel. They observed their 55th wedding anniversary last October.
She was a secretary for the American Mutual Insurance Co., formerly of Easton, until 1942.
Born in Nazareth, she was a daughter of the late Charles A. and Olivia (Uhler) Stocker.
She was a member of Schoeneck Moravian Church, Nazareth, president of the church's Golden Rule Circle for 25 years, and a member of its Board of Elders.
Survivors: Husband, son, daughter, sister, Emma Field of Palmer Township, and two grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Monday Schmidt Mortuary, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth. |
