Aged Man Dead
Conrad Amig Died Last Evening Shortly Before Midnight
Conrad Amig, one of the oldest residents of this city, died Thursday at his home, No. 636 Park Street, aged 76 years. He had been ill for the past year with ailments incident to old age.

Deceased was born at Breinigsville, July 11, 1834, and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Amig. He resided in this city for the past Twenty-two years and was employed by the Trexler Lumber Co. for twenty years. His wife and two children preceded him in death. He is survived by four sons, Chester, Morris and Fred, of this city, and George of Emaus; three daughters, Catherine, wife of Clarence Clauss, Ella, wife of Luther Beidelman, of Hudson, N.Y., and Annie, at home. One brother, Abraham Amig, and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Eisenhard, of this city, Mrs. John Connors, of Easton, and Miss Sarah Amig, of Emaus, also survive. Sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.

The funeral will take place from his late home on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. J. C. Rausch officiating. Interment will be made in Highland Cemetery
